Sea Lion Swimming Club​ 
​for people with disabilities

Refreshments are available at the end of each session.

​Sea Lion Swimming Club is open to anyone with a permanent or temporary disability.
​Family members are most welcome to join in the swimming sessions.

Exclusive use of the swimming pool for disabled swimmers and their families and carers. In addition use of Sauna, Steam room (rules apply) and badminton.

Swimming sessions are held at:
Watford Leisure Centre CENTRAL
Hempstead Road, Watford, WD17 3HA

Saturday: 3.45pm - 4.45pm
Weekly throughout the year (excluding Christmas)
